New York City, NY - Welcome to the debut article and issue of Spearman Consulting. We originally thought to present of a review of Windows 7 as our first issue on this website, (look for this forthcoming issue).

Instead, in view of our goal and purpose we have decided to emphasize what is truly the cornerstone of our organization: MAINTENANCE.

What does this word have to do with you?

How does this affect a small business, or a PC Gamer, an executive, a student, or homemaker?

Whether it’s defragging a hard drive or adding more memory (RAM). The installing of a new graphics card or backing up data. Upgrading your operating system or patching a program. The importance of maintenance should not be overlooked.

The PC whose origin started with machines like the Commodore PET, the TRS 80 and IBM 8086 PC, has now evolved into an essential piece of furniture for the home and office. And just like any vehicle we use on the highway today, the PC must be maintained in order to travel the vast roads of the internet, virtual reality and cyberspace.
